2.1 Account Registration

To access the full range of no1jili Services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must promptly update your account details if any information changes.

no1jili permits only one account per person. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to regulatory compliance and the prevention of fraud and money laundering, no1jili may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This may include submitting a government-issued photo identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of withdrawals until verification is complete.

3. Account Responsibilities

4.3 Currency and Fees

All transactions on the no1jili platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). no1jili does not charge fees for standard deposits and withdrawals; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which no1jili accepts no responsibility.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

no1jili is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. no1jili reserves the right to report any suspicious transactions to the relevant Philippine authorities and to freeze or close accounts involved in suspected money laundering activities.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

no1jili offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, eligible games, and expiry dates, which are published alongside each offer on the no1jili platform.

Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the specific terms of each promotion. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the no1jili platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the no1jili platform without our prior written consent.

Upon termination of your account, any pending bets or transactions may be voided at no1jili's discretion. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of termination, less any amounts owed to no1jili, will be returned to you through your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any applicable verification procedures.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Closure of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of closure.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
